Super easy breakfast granola

Whether you’re hitting the trail or the punching bag, this granola is the perfect ready-before-time breakfast saviour. Top your smoothies or porridge bowls with this granola for a crunch or simply have some with milk for a simple and wholesome brekkie.

Ingredients

4 cups oats
1 cup cashews
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cinnamon
3 heaped tsp of 'rosho

Method

Mix all the ingredients together until combined

Bake at 200c for 20 mins, mix half way through.

Store in an airtight container and enjoy for upto 10 days!
