A super wholesome 'rosho smoothie

We made this Choco-Banana smoothie the other day. It was a bit of an experiment but ohhhh was it tasty. We shared it on our social media channels and it got a lot of love. It turns out chocolate + cashew butter + banana is a winning combination.

You could easily put your own twist on this indulgent drink, depending on your favourite add-ins. Let us know if you give it a go!

Ingredients

1/3 large ripe banana
3 pitted dates
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp 'rosho (or more)
250ml milk

Method

Blitz together in a blender until smooth, that's it!
