Ingredients

100g toasted black sesame seeds plus more for rolling
50g desiccated coconut plus more for rolling
4 tbsp ‘rosho
1 tbsp honey (or more based on how much you need for rolling)

Method

Pulse the sesame seeds in a grinder until they’re just broken down. You’ll notice they’re going to quickly release some heat and oils and become a bit pasty.

Transfer the ground seeds into a bowl and add the desiccated coconut (we made our own using freshly shredded coconut)

Add the ‘rosho and honey and mix it all up until it’s well combined

Roll into balls then roll the balls in either desiccated coconut or sesame seeds and voila!

Enjoy!
